His experience includes three (3) major Casinos and Hotels. Robert's work in Indian Country totals over $570 million on these and other projects. As President and Program Director he continues to provide the same high quality services including Construction Management, Project Management, Budgeting, Estimating, Scheduling, and Value Engineering. Frank Chaves (Advisor) - Frank possesses over 20 years experience in successful Tribal policy development and economic development experience, including lead negotiations on Tribal-State compacts in New Mexico. He is committed to the success of Native American nations and people.
